Suncrest Bank branches are observing social distancing.

Suncrest Bank offices are open for business.

Local Bank Operations

As an essential service, we have remained open and ready to help. To protect you, our employees, and our communities we have initiated our Pandemic Response Plan which includes limiting in-person visits inside our branches while still handling all banking needs. Branch lobbies are open during regular business hours from 9am to 5pm, Monday through Friday at all locations though we encourage our customers to use drive-up and walk-up or mobile/digital banking options whenever possible. As guidelines and conditions change rapidly from county to county, before visiting, please contact your local branch at the number listed below to confirm.

Visiting a Branch Location

Social Distancing is practiced in all Bank locations. Please adhere to the in branch signage to ensure compliance with social distancing standards.

This means maintaining a distance of 6 feet between yourself and others while in the branch.

Per the California Department of Health effective 6/18/20 a facemask is required to enter the branch and conduct business.*

*Adults with respiratory illnesses and certain medical conditions and children under 12 years old are excluded, but those groups should still practice social distancing from people who don’t live with them. (CA Guidelines)
Cloth face coverings should NOT be worn by children under the age of 2 or anyone who has trouble breathing, is unconscious, incapacitated, or otherwise unable to remove the mask without assistance. (CDC Guidelines)

Deposits and Documents

If you must visit one of our locations, please use our ATMs, Night Drops and Drive-Up/Walk-Up windows instead of entering the building. Drive-Up windows are available at both our Porterville and Kingsburg branches and a walk-up window is available at our Yuba City location.  At our other branches, employees are available to provide you with drop-off options for making deposits and delivering documents.

We can still handle your cash and coin at all branch locations. Where available, our ATMs accept cash and checks. Night Drops can handle a larger volume of checks, cash and coin.  You will be able to use Night Drop even if you have never used it before(West Sacramento hours are limited to 9-4).  Night Drop is safe and secure.  For ATM withdrawls, please note Suncrest Bank will waive up to 5 ATM fees per statement cycle for transactions completed at any ATM.

Safe Deposit Box

If you need access to a safe deposit box, we will escort you into the branch utilizing a strict social distancing and hand sanitizing protocol.

New Accounts

You may also reach one of our seasoned bankers to begin the new account process by phone.
