Bank Applications and Android Phones
It has come to our attention that there is a growing area of concern associated with Android phones and financial institution applications. Specifically, there are application developers who are creating and making publicly available certain Android applications that have the same look and feel as legitimate financial institutions.
It is unknown at this time whether or not these applications carry malicious code and send users to fraudulent websites or are merely cashing in $0.99 for users to download a supposed legitimate mobile application.
At this time, Suncrest Bank does not support these mobile applications.

Please note that Suncrest Bank will NEVER ask you for personal or bank account information and/or confirmation of usernames or passwords in the form of unsolicited phone calls or emails. If someone contacts you and requests this type of information, please do not respond and contact the authorities immediately.
