Michael T. Wilson - President, Chief Executive Officer
Mike is a native of California, having grown up in several southern California communities. Mike is a graduate of U.C. Santa Barbara and Pacific Coast Banking School. He has been in the banking business since 1972, and a CEO since 1984. Mike joined Suncrest Bank in early April 2007 and is its founding President and CEO.
Robert R. Moore - EVP and Chief Financial Officer
Bob is a native of Corcoran and moved to El Centro, CA to attend high school. Bob's banking career began with Bank of America in 1979 and then became an officer with Valley Independent Bank. After working for 22 years and becoming SVP with VIB which was acquired by Rabobank, Bob joined two Phoenix and Yuma, AZ, banks as an executive before joining Suncrest Bank in 2007 as its EVP and Chef Financial Officer
Dan C. McGregor - EVP and Chief Credit Officer
Growing up in Southern California, Dan is a native Californian. A graduate of Pepperdine University, Dan has 24 years experience in various management and senior lending capacities for both large and small institutions. Dan brings a wealth of knowledge in loan management and lending compliance. He worked with a nationally recognized consulting firm prior to joining Suncrest Bank as its SVP/Chief Credit Officer in July 2010.
Debbie A. Bombard - SVP and Operations Administrator
Debbie is a native of California and moved to Visalia in 1991 to pursue career interests. Debbie has been in the banking industry since 1978 and her career has been focused in the area of bank operations. After working for two community banks in Southern California for 11 years, Debbie worked for 8 years in the bank data processing industry for a company that provided service to many of the community banks on the West Coast. She then worked for local banks such as Kings River State Bank and Valley Independent Bank (acquired by Rabobank) before joining Suncrest Bank in July 2008 as its VP and Operations Administrator.
