William A. Benneyan, Chairman
Bill was born and educated in Fresno, CA, and is a graduate of California State University, Fresno. He has lived in the Visalia, Lindsay and Fresno areas nearly his entire life. Bill is a former Certified Public Accountant and owned a CPA practice in Lindsay and Visalia. However, for the past 25 years, Bill has specialized in custom home construction. Bill is the former Vice Chairman of Mineral King National Bank, a highly successful community bank in Visalia that sold to Vallicorp in 1994.

David C. Crinklaw
Dave is a resident of Reedley, with business interests throughout the Central Valley. Dave was a production home builder but sold his home construction business in 2000 and now specializes in commercial construction. Dave also farms varietal grapes in Fresno and Tulare counties and manages a farm services company serving the Central Valley.

Gary E. Esajian
Gary has been a resident of the Lemoore area most of his life. His primary business is farming in Kings, Fresno and Tulare counties and managing real estate development interests here and in San Luis Obispo County. Gary also serves as a Board member of the Westlands Water District and the San Joaquin Valley Cotton Board, as well as local farm bureaus and Chambers of Commerce.

Robert N. Lowery
Bob has lived his entire life in the area, and graduated from California State University, Fresno prior to his receiving an advanced banking degree from Louisiana State University. Now retired, Bob works on real estate-related investments. He is a former banker, having served in an executive position with Bank of Sierra, followed by his service as President/CEO of Kings River State Bank.

Dale B. Margosian
Born in Dinuba, Dale is a longtime resident of Porterville and is a graduate of California State University, Fresno. He has managed a thriving CPA practice in Porterville for over 27 years and participates in many civic organizations.

Thomas J. O’Sullivan
Tom was born in Chicago, Illinois, but has lived more than 30 years in the Porterville community, where he formerly operated a chain of grocery stores. Tom is a farmer and real estate investor and serves on the Porterville Parks and Leisure Commission, as well in other civic organizations.

Florencio “Frank” Paredez
Frank grew up in the area, graduating from Orosi High School and College of the Sequoias. Frank farms in the Exeter area, owns a packing house there and also owns the Hungry Hollow Borrow Pit in Porterville. He is active in local and San Francisco based farmers’ markets. Through the years, Frank has participated in many county boards.

Marc R. Schuil
Marc grew up in Reedley and has spent his career working in local communities. Marc is a graduate of California State University, Fresno, and holds an MBA from the University of Southern California. He is an owner of Schuil and Associates, a commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in agricultural real estate in the Central Valley. Marc also has extensive knowledge and experience in the dairy business. He has also been active in civic organizations, having served on several county boards.

Eric M. Shannon
The Shannon family has been farming the area for over 100 years. Eric attended school locally and graduated from the University of California, Davis. He is active in farming as well as real estate-related interests in the Visalia area. Eric is actively involved in Visalia Rotary having served as its President, as well as other civic organizations.

Michael E. Thurlow
Mike has lived in the Reedley/Kingsburg area his entire life, attending Reedley High School and Reedley College, and graduating from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. Mike is an owner and manager of a produce company that stores, packs and ships fruit raised in Tulare, Kings and Fresno counties. Mike participates in and sponsors several school and civic groups.

Darrell E. Tunnell
Darrell was born in Terra Bella and raised in Porterville. He attended College of the Sequoias and moved to Visalia, where he began working in the aircraft repair and maintenance business. Darrell currently owns Aircraft Mechanical Services, Inc., the Visalia Airport fixed base operator (FBO). Darrell is active in many sports and is an active contributor to school and civic organizations.

J. Steven Worthley
Steve grew up and still resides in Dinuba. He is a graduate of Occidental College and obtained his JD degree from University of the Pacific-McGeorge School of Law, and is a practicing attorney. Steve is a member of the Tulare County Board of Supervisors, and a former Chairman. He has been a very active member of many school and civic organizations in the local area and of the Board. Steve has also been a participant in many professional organizations.

Michael T. Wilson
Mike is a native of California, growing up in several southern California communities. Mike is a graduate of U.C. Santa Barbara and Pacific Coast Banking School. Mike has been in the banking business since 1972, and a CEO since 1984. Mike joined Suncrest Bank in formation April 2007and is its founding President and CEO.
